Basel Sleep Symposium “Focus on Psychiatric Sleep Medicine”
The Basel Sleep Symposium 2025 highlights the influence of sleep on mental health across the lifespan. National and international experts will present the latest findings on topics such as insomnia, parasomnias, sleep in adolescence, sleep in dementia, and modern therapeutic approaches like CBT-I and ACT. This interdisciplinary event invites professional exchange in Basel.

SSP, SSTS SSSSC Joint Annual Meeting
The annual conference of the Swiss Society for Pneumology, the Swiss Society for Thoracic Surgery, and the Swiss Society for Sleep Research, Sleep Medicine and Chronobiology will take place in Geneva this May. The conference is aimed at professionals and experts.
Sleep & Health Zurich Symposium 2025
The Sleep & Health Zurich Symposium 2025 is dedicated to current findings in sleep research with interdisciplinary contributions from neuroscience, ecology, and pharmacology. In addition to lectures by international experts, the program also offers a “Junior Session” with insights into ongoing research projects by young scientists.
Living Library on the Topic of Sleep
On April 23, as part of the current exhibition “Mainly Healthy,” the Stapferhaus in Lenzburg will host a Living Library on the topic: Experts from experience and specialists will answer all questions from interested visitors in a relaxed atmosphere, talk about their experiences, and engage in intimate conversations in small groups.
